Can I request a room move if I do not get along with the people I am sharing with?

Residence team will always first try to establish if there is anything that can be done to help you and your housemates to live in harmony without anyone moving room. However, move requests will be accommodated whenever possible, subject to availability and a cleaning/admin charge.

What do I do if something is not working in my apartment?

Their on-site maintenance team will try to resolve any issues you raise with them on the same day as you log the issue with them. All issues must be logged via their student portal.
