What are per-person contracts?

Instead of requiring all roommates to sign a joint lease, each person at Redpoint has their own individual contract, with one person per bedroom. This means you are only responsible for paying for yourself — not your roommates. Even if a roommate moves out or other bedrooms in your apartment are empty, you only pay the rate for your bedroom.

What is included in the rate?

Each resident at Redpoint pays a flat rate that includes:

What size are the homes?

The spacious accommodations at Redpoint range from 3 to 5 bedroom floorplans, with single-occupancy bedrooms and a private bathroom for each bedroom.

Are the homes furnished?

All of the homes at Redpoint offer an optional furniture package including a queen-size bed, dresser, desk and chair in each bedroom, and a sectional sofa and armchair, end table, coffee table and entertainment stand in each living room. Is a co-signer or financial guaranty required?

Within 7 days after a Housing Agreement is signed, each resident is required to do one of two things: provide a qualifying guarantor (often a parent), or pre-pay the final 1½ installments.

Yes. Residents can pay online 24 hours per day, by credit card or ACH electronic checking. Redpoint also offers automatic payment by either credit card or checking account — just fill out one page, one time and payments will be made automatically. Convenience fees apply for credit card and debit card payments.

Will my financial aid cover charges at Redpoint?

Your living costs at Redpoint can be covered by financial aid, just like on-campus housing. Any available financial aid funds, after university charges are satisfied, are released to the student for non-institutional expenses, such as off-campus housing. These funds can be used to pay charges at Redpoint. Normal payment deadlines will continue to apply.

Is Redpoint open to non-students?

Nearly all the residents at Redpoint Tempe are students at Arizona State University and the per-person contracts are also designed with students in mind. Redpoint Tempe is an Equal Opportunity housing provider and welcomes applications from non-students and residents with children, at no extra cost other than regular charges for each bedroom space selected by the resident.
